Green --> ok.
Yellow --> humidity critical.
With too much humidity in the circuit, the expansion valve can freeze. In
addition to this, the ester oil in the compressor, which gets in touch with
the refrigerant, takes up humidity and loses its ability to lubricate.
• Take an oil sample, determine the humidity content and exchange the
oil in case of excessive humidity content.
• In this case evacuate the refrigerant completely and recharge it
according to the above described evacuation instruction.

Exchange of the filter drier
To exchange the filter drier it is sufficient to evacuate the pipe section in
which the filter drier is installed.
• Close the shut off valve at the liquid receiver and the valve in the liquid
line upstream the expansion valve.
• By the service valve on the lid of the filter drier, you can evacuate the
refrigerant from the section.
• Remove eight M8 screws at the front side and pull out the cartridge.
• Introduce a new cartridge and refill the evacuated refrigerant.
• Open the shut off valves.
