order to avoid harming the environment or human health. It must therefore be
recycled correctly, promoting the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return

appropriately so that it can be safely recycled.

This product complies with EU Directive 2012/19/EC. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the appliance

5. TROUBLESHOOTING

SOLUTIONS
- Make sure the power supply cable (I) is correctly plugged into the mains.
- Make sure the tank (C) is correctly fitted to the base (E).
- Press the button (D) for 3 seconds until the humidifier starts to work.
- Check that the power supply cable (I) is correctly
plugged into the mains.
- Make sure the internet connection on your smartphone works correctly.
- Make sure the internet connection via your router works correctly.
- Make sure the signal from the router reaches the humidifier properly.
- Make sure the password of the WIFI network is correct.
- Otherwise, you will have to reconfigure the WIFI connection (section 3.2 USING
THE HUMIDIFIER WITH THE APP).
- Make sure the humidifier is in WIFI configuration mode, as specified in section 3.2
- Make sure the internet connection on your smartphone works properly.
- Make sure the WIFI connection is enabled on your smartphone.
- Make sure the internet connection on your router works properly.
- Make sure the signal from the router is reaching the humidifier correctly.
- Make sure the WIFI network you want to connect to and the password are correct.
- Make sure the App is opened on your device.
- Make sure the internet connection on your smartphone works properly.
- Make sure the signal from the router is reaching the humidifier correctly.
- Make sure the password of the WIFI network to which the humidifier is connected
has not changed. Otherwise, you will have to reconfigure the WIFI connection of the
humidifier (section 3.2 USING THE HUMIDIFIER WITH THE APP).
- Make sure the power supply cable (I) is correctly plugged
into the mains.
-Make sure the tank (C) is correctly fitted to the base (E).
- Press the button for 3 seconds until the humidifier starts to work.
- Check that there is water in the tank (C).
- Remove the lid (A), empty the tank (C) and leave it in a cool, dry
place for 12 hours.
- Clean the tank (C) and fill it with clean water.
- Fit the tank correctly onto its base (E).
- Add water to the tank (C).
- Place the humidifier on a flat, rigid, stable surface.
- This will disappear once it has been running for a few minutes.
- Make sure the lid (A) is fitted properly.
