Instructions for use

In the EU this product should not be disposed of with other household waste in 

order to avoid harming the environment or human health. It must therefore be 

recycled correctly, promoting the sustainable reuse of material resources. To return 

the used appliance, please use the designated recycling systems or contact the 

establishment where you purchased the product. They will dispose of this product 

appropriately so that it can be safely recycled.

6. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

CE conformity:

This humidifier MOD. HU01/1 complies with all the 

essential requirements and other provisions specified in 

EU Directives 2014/30/EU (electromagnetic compatibility) 

and 2014/35/EU (electrical safety). To request a copy

This product complies with EU Directive 2012/19/EC. The crossed-out wheeled bin symbol on the appliance 

indicates that the product must be disposed of separately from other household waste at the end of its 

useful life, either by taking it to a selective collection centre for electrical appliances or by returning it to the 

distributor when you purchase another similar appliance. The user is responsible for taking the appliance to 

a special waste disposal centre at the end of its useful life. If the unused appliance is correctly collected as 

separated waste, it can be recycled, processed and eliminated ecologically. This prevents it having a negative 

impact on the environment and health and helps ensure that the product materials are recycled. For more 

information on available waste disposal services, contact your waste disposal office or the shop where you 

bought the appliance. 

5. TROUBLESHOOTING

PROBLEMS

SOLUTIONS

- Make sure the power supply cable (I) is correctly plugged into the mains. 

- Make sure the tank (C) is correctly fitted to the base (E).

- Press the button (D) for 3 seconds until the humidifier starts to work.

- Check that the power supply cable (I) is correctly 

plugged into the mains.

- Make sure the internet connection on your smartphone works correctly.

- Make sure the internet connection via your router works correctly.

- Make sure the signal from the router reaches the humidifier properly.

- Make sure the password of the WIFI network is correct.

- Otherwise, you will have to reconfigure the WIFI connection (section 3.2 USING 

THE HUMIDIFIER WITH THE APP).

- Make sure the humidifier is in WIFI configuration mode, as specified in section 3.2

- Make sure the internet connection on your smartphone works properly. 

- Make sure the WIFI connection is enabled on your smartphone.

- Make sure the internet connection on your router works properly.

- Make sure the signal from the router is reaching the humidifier correctly.

- Make sure the WIFI network you want to connect to and the password are correct.

- Make sure the App is opened on your device.

- Make sure the internet connection on your smartphone works properly.

- Make sure the signal from the router is reaching the humidifier correctly.

- Make sure the password of the WIFI network to which the humidifier is connected 

has not changed. Otherwise, you will have to reconfigure the WIFI connection of the 

humidifier (section 3.2 USING THE HUMIDIFIER WITH THE APP).

- Make sure the power supply cable (I) is correctly plugged 

into the mains. 

-Make sure the tank (C) is correctly fitted to the base (E).

- Press the button for 3 seconds until the humidifier starts to work. 

- Check that there is water in the tank (C).  

- Remove the lid (A), empty the tank (C) and leave it in a cool, dry 

place for 12 hours.

- Clean the tank (C) and fill it with clean water.

- Fit the tank correctly onto its base (E). 

- Add water to the tank (C). 

- Place the humidifier on a flat, rigid, stable surface.

- This will disappear once it has been running for a few minutes.

- Make sure the lid (A) is fitted properly.

rigid material or scrape it.

-To avoid damaging the water tank (C) do not use acid, alkaline 

products or bleach.

-Clean the water tank (C) and mist outlets (F) when you are going 

to use the humidifier after a long time.
