ut. In modes of manual trigger and external trigger, the output of the waveform sequence
is controlled by trigger mode. Input the external trigger signal from the

3.17.5 Trigger mode
Press
〖
Trig Mode

soft key to select trigger mode, of which setting is valid in external
and manual triggers.
When trigger mode is selected to ’sequence’, a group of waveform signals will be output
for each effective trigger. Follow the Settings in the above example. The first trigger ca
n output 2 Sine signals with repeated cycles, the second trigger can output 4 Ramp sign
als with repeated cycles, and the third trigger output one third harmonic with repeat cycl
e. It takes three effective triggers to finish the output of a complete waveform sequence
when the trigger mode is set to ‘sequence’.
The waveform sequence will output one cycle of waveform signals for each valid trigger
when the trigger mode ‘waveform’ is selected. Follow the setting in the above example, o
ne sinc signal will be output separately after the first and second triggers, and one Ramp
will be output separately after the third, fourth, fifth and sixth triggers, and one third har
monic will be output after seventh trigger. That’s to say, it takes seven effective triggers t
o finish a complete waveforms sequence output when the trigger mode is set to ’wavefor
m’.
3.17.6 Trigger Edge
Trigger edge could be set when external trigger. Press
〖
Slope
〗
soft key to select the
edge of trigger signal.
If select the ‘rising edge’, and the trigger signal changes from ‘0’ to’1’, the waveform seq
uence output starts.
If elect the ‘falling edge’, and the trigger signal changes from ‘1’ to’0’,the waveform sequ
ence output starts.
3.17.7 Sync Mode
Press
〖

〗
soft key to select output mode of the synchronization signal.
