6.2 Alarms/Warnings
Tab. 1 list all Alarms and Warnings, as well as explaining their effect on Dryer oper-
ation.
Whenever an alarm occurs, the current readings of temperatures and pressure are
registered in the status report (see para. 6.4).

6.3 User alarms
The Dryer is equipped with a user alarm input (terminals 51 and 66 of Dryer’s ter-
minal board), useful to detect and signal a specific alarm condition, depending on
the user’s needs. The user alarm is completely programmable in effect on Dryer’s
operation, intervention delay, and reset mode.
S
Parameter B12 selects the effect of user alarm intervention on Dryer’s operation;
if its value is
“run”
, the Dryer continues to work, and the alarm condition is only
signalled activating the alarm relay; if its value is
“StoP”
, the Dryer stops.
S
Parameter B13 allows a delay for the alarm intervention to be programmed (in the
range 0 --- 600 secs.).
S
Parameter B14 selects the reset mode of user alarm, and has meaning only if the
effect is
“StoP”
; if its value is
“Auto”
, the Dryer automatically restarts when the
alarm cause has been resolved; if its value is
“MANUAL”
, the alarm must be man-
ually reset (either through the button
“alarm reset”
or the input
“remote reset”
,
terminals 51 and 64) for the Dryer to restart.
