A repair kit comes supplied, containing a number of Rustine patches to be used in the
event of one of the arches becoming accidentally pierced or punctured.
Please follow the
steps below in order to repair a hole or a puncture:
1.
Fully deflate the arch
2.
Remove the internal air chamber from its duct
3.
Inflate the air chamber to the correct pressure (avoid overinflation, as this can
distort the structure)
4.
Immerse the air chamber segment by segment into a bucket of water in order to
locate the leak
5.
Plug the leak using the sealing tape from the repair kit
6.
Return the air chamber to its duct before fitting it back on the awning
FAULTS
SOLUTIONS
Check that the inflation valves are all screwed in correctly
Check that the pump is working properly
A part of the awning doesn't inflate
Check that all isolation valves are in the ON position.
A part of the awning doesn't deflate
Check that all isolation valves are in the ON position.
Check that the inflation and deflation valves are all screwed in correctly.
If the doubt persists, close all isolation valves (OFF position), wait a few moments and
check the pressure of each Airtube.
If the pressure is reduced in one of the Airtubes, make sure that the valve is completely
inserted into the hose.
If the problem is not solved, check your Airtube, it may be punctured. If this is the case,
insulate it by keeping the valve closed so that the awning does not deflate completely.
To repair the defective Airtube during your stay, refer to the repair section of this
manual. It will then be necessary to change the defective Airtube, contact your dealer.
During the first rains, it is possible that your awning leaks from the seams. Seam thread is
a specific thread that swells when wet to fill the needle holes. To become completely
effective, the yarn must be wet several times.
Most of the suspected leaks are due to condensation. It is formed on the inside of the
awning fabric. To avoid this inconvenience, increase ventilation by opening the doors
and/or detachable panels.
