2. List the network devices on your system.
You should see the full path name of the
network
devices, similar to the example
below. In this example, the
network@0
and the
network@1
devices are the Sun
GigaSwift Ethernet adapter, and the
network@2
is the onboard Ethernet device.
/pci@8,600000/network@1
identifies the Ethernet port
Note –
If you do not see the device listed, check that the adapter is properly seated.
If necessary, reinstall the adapter.
3. View the device that you installed.
Using the previous example, type:
ok show-nets
ok show-nets
a) /pci@8,600000/network@1
b) /pci@8,700000/network@5,1
q) NO SELECTION
Enter Selection, q to quit:
cd /pci@8,600000/network@1
