TROUBLESHOOTING

Q: The foot spa will not turn on.

 A:

Make sure the unit is plugged directly into a standard household electrical outlet.

1. Check that the outlet is working. Test and press the “Reset” button on the

  GFCI outlet.

2. Turn the control dial so the arrow points to your preferred setting: I-Bubbles,

II-Heat, III-Bubbles and Heat. If the arrow points to O, the unit is off.

Q: The foot spa makes a loud noise when I plug it in or turn it on.

 A:

1. Ensure the control dial is set to OFF before plugging in the unit.

  2. DO NOT plug in or turn on the unit without first adding water.

    • Make sure the water level is above the minimum fill line located on the inside

      of the basin.

USING THE PEDICURE ATTACHMENTS

1. Remove the pumice stone and cleansing brush from the splashguard holder.

2. Pumice Stone: gently rub heels and balls of the feet to remove dry, dead skin and

smoothen rough areas.

3. Cleansing Brush: gently brush top, bottom and sides of feet for a cleansing

massage.

NOTE:

Recommended use is 20-30 minutes or less per foot spa session. Adjust your

foot soak and massage time based on comfort level and personal preference. Consult

a physician if you have any discomfort or concerns regarding use.

Q: Can I fill the foot spa with cold water?

 A:

For best and fastest results, add warm water when filling the foot spa.

• Once activated, the heating function will eventually bring cold water to a warm

temperature over a certain amount of time.

Q: The foot spa water does not stay warm.

 A:

Make sure you have selected either II-Heat or III-Bubbles and Heat on the control dial.

• The Heat Indicator Light will illuminate when the heat function is on.

Q: The foot spa is overflowing or splashing excessively.

 A:

Check the water level before placing your feet in the foot spa.

• Make sure the water level does not exceed the maximum fill line.

• Always use the foot spa with the Splash Guard attached.

• We recommend placing the foot spa on level, waterproof flooring such as tile

    or linoleum.
