Inspection, Maintenance and Cleaning...
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general condition of the tool. Check for loose screws, misalignment or binding of moving parts, cracked or
broken parts, and any other condition that may affect its safe operation. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected
before further use. Do not use damaged equipment.
2. WHEN NECESSARY, fill the hydraulic system with a high quality hydraulic oil. Remove the Oil Plug (7), refill and then replace the
Oil Plug (7). See Figure 2 below.
3. To adjust the Punch, loosen the Set Screw (42), and rotate the tool head. After making needed adjustment, tighten the Set Screw (42).
