10.2    Exclusion of Liability   

Warranty period 

The warranty period of this product is 12 months or 14 months from the date of 
delivery. If the contract is otherwise stipulated, the contract shall prevail. 

Evidence 

Within the period of delivery, Sungrow will require the customer to  present the 
purchase  invoice  and  date.  The  trademark  on  the  product  shall  be  clearly 
visible. Sungrow shall hold no liability if otherwise. 

Conditions 

 

If a product covered by warranty becomes defective during warranty period, 

Sungrow will provide a toll-free repair or exchange. 

 

The unqualified product that is replaced shall return to Sungrow. 

 

Customer shall leave proper time for Sungrow to repair the failed device. 

Direct  and  indirect  damage  and  claims  arising  from  the  followings  are  not 
covered by the Sungrow warranty: 

 

Transport damage 

 

Incorrect installation 

 

Incorrect alternation of the product 

 

In appropriate use of the product 

 

Use of this product in harsh environment outside the specification in this 

manual 

 

Damages caused by irresistible natural environment
