Limited Warranty
SunMaxx Solar warrants this solar control and its associated sensors (the product) to be free
from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original
purchase. During this period, SunMaxx Solar will replace the product or refund the original cost
of the product, at SunMaxx Solar’s option, if the product is proven defective under normal
usage within the warranty period.
This limited warranty does not cover shipping costs, nor does it cover a product subjected to
misuse or accidental damage. This warranty does not cover the cost of installation, diagnosis,
removal or reinstallation, any labor or other material costs, loss of use, or damage to other
property if this product does not work properly.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND SUNMAXX SOLAR
SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The
remedies described above are the sole remedies for breach of warranty. In no event shall
SunMaxx Solar be liable for any special, consequential or incidental damages arising from use or
installation of this product.
