Removal of bearings inside castor fork
Preparation
Note!
Switch off the wheelchair via remote control
Instructions
Note!
Suitable work area required!
•
Follow the illustrated instruction for removing the bearings
inside the castor fork.
•
Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.
•
In order to complete this, you must first remove the castor
fork.
Tools used

Before removing bearing, remove C-clip underneath using a
screwdriver and then pliers to re-insert into groove.

Punch the bearings (A) out using a steel bar just less than the
diameter of the bearings (31mm)

Once the bearings (A) have been punched out of the casting they
will then become loose
