Q700 UP F - Removing the active anti-tip actuator
Preparation
Note!
Switch off the wheelchair via remote control (power
wheelchair only).
Instructions
Note!
Suitable work area required!
•
Follow the illustrated instructions for removing the active
anti-tip actuator from the anti-tip wheel assembly.
•
Rebuild the wheelchair in reverse order once completed.
•
In order to complete this, you must first remove the active
anti-tip wheel assembly from the wheelchair base.
Tools used

NOTE: Please electrically disconnect the batteries and anti-tip
actuator before removing

Unscrew and remove bolt (A) from the front of the assembly
Tightening torque for (A) bolts is 22Nm

Remove the C-clip (B) and the pin (C) attached to the actuator
(Remove C-clip using screwdriver and reinstall using pliers)
