If RX_GPRS_CMD is enabled, the device should keep connection with the server though GPRS so that the
device can receive a command from the server.
Sometimes,
the device may send ‘alive reports’ to keep the connection because the network provider may
disconnect the GPRS connection if there is no communication for such a time-period. Also, the device may
send
‘Alive Reports’ to re-connect with the server while the device is disconnected from the server.
