(1)
Don’t operate the clamp breaker when the bucket cylinder is fully extended or retracted to avoid the
damage of the excavator.
(2)
Don’t rotate upper-carriage to one side of the excavator to operate the clamp breaker. To avoid
tipping, always crush in the front or rear of the machine.
(3)
Always operate the clamp breaker on flat ground and never on slopes.
(4)
It’s forbidden to transport fragments with the clamp breaker.
(5)
The hydraulic system may be polluted and go bad quicker if installing the clamp breaker instead of
the bucket too frequently. Thus, the replacement for hydraulic filters and hydraulic oil should be more
frequently than the usual excavation to avoid the damage of hydraulic pump and other hydraulic
components. The replacement interval, please refer to the “Key Points of Hydraulic Hammer Breaker
Operation”.

When transporting the excavator, the clamp breaker should be dismantled and hydraulic pipes
should be capped and plugged.
