Feed
the
Auger
Brush
assembly
through
the
vent
from
the
inside
turning
clockwise
while
moving
back
and
forth.
If
needed,
add
more
rods
until
the
end
of
the
vent
is
reached.
Tighten
rods
with
pliers
and
tape
together.
After
reaching
the
end,
remove
the
Vacuum
Adapter
and
visually
inspect
that
the
brush
has
reached
the
end.
If
not,
attach
the
adapter
and
continue
to
feed
the
brush
through
the
vent.
CLEANING
THE
DRYER
DUCT
–
OPTION
2
(ENTERING
THE
DUCT
FROM
THE
INSIDE
USING
SHOP
‐
VAC
INSIDE)
Remove
the
outside
vent
louvers
or
clip
open
so
the
brush
can
slide
to
the
end
of
the
outside
vent.
Slide
the
extension
rod
through
the
small
hole
in
the
Vacuum
Adapter
then
attach
the
Auger
Brush.
Attach
the
Vacuum
Adapter
to
the
vent
hose.
Use
duct
tape
to
hold
the
Vacuum
Adapter
in
place.
Turn
on
the
Shop
‐
Vac
and
begin
pushing
the
Auger
Brush
through
the
vent
with
a
slow
back
and
forth
motion.
Add
more
extension
rods
as
needed.
Make
sure
to
tighten
properly
and
use
tape
so
they
do
not
come
apart.
When
finished
carefully
remove
the
brush
and
rods
from
the
vent.

Attach
the
Shop
‐
Vac
to
the
outside
of
the
vent.
Feed
the
Auger
Brush
assembly
through
the
vent
from
the
inside
turning
clockwise
while
moving
back
and
forth.
If
needed,
add
more
rods
until
the
end
of
the
vent
is
reached.

THE
DRYER
DUCT
–
OPTION
4
(ENTERING
THE
DUCT
FROM
THE
OUTSIDE
USING
DRYER
AIR)
Insert
the
Dryer
Adapter
into
the
vent
hole
on
the
back
of
the
dryer.
The
Dryer
Adapter
prevents
the
Auger
Brush
from
damaging
the
Dryer
if
pushed
to
far
through
the
vent.
Place
the
vent
duct
over
the
Dryer
Adapter
and
duct
tape
in
place.
Feed
the
Auger
Brush
assembly
through
the
vent
from
the
outside
turning
clockwise
while
moving
back
and
forth.
If
needed,
add
more
rods
until
the
end
of
the
vent
is
reached.
Remove
the
Auger
Brush
assembly
when
complete.
Remove
the
Dryer
Adapter
and
re
‐
attach
the
vent
hose
CLEANING
THE
DRYER
LINT
TRAP
Pull
brush
in
an
upward
motion
to
remove
lint
from
trap
area
and
vacuum
lint
from
the
trap
while
cleaning.
Caution
–
Do
not
push
lint
down
into
the
filter
housing.
Pushing
lint
into
the
filter
housing
could
clog
the
dryer
blower
assembly
or
flow
into
the
heater
causing
fire.
Operate
dryer
and
check
airflow
to
make
sure
dryer
is
operating
properly.
Be
prepared
for
residual
lint
to
blow
through
the
dryer.
Make
sure
when
re
‐
installing
the
dryer
that
transition
ducting
is
secure
and
not
kinked.
CLEANING
UNDER
THE
REFRIGERATOR
Use
Lint
Brush
with
Extension
Rods
dust
by
hand
from
under
and
behind
the
refrigerator.
CLEANING
GUTTER
DOWN
SPOUTS
Use
the
Blockage
Removal
Tool
to
clear
the
Gutters.
Insert
the
tool
from
the
bottom
and
feed
the
assembly
through
the
vent
from
the
bottom
turning
clockwise
while
moving
back
and
forth.
If
needed,
add
more
rods
until
the
top
of
the
gutter
is
reached.
CLEANING
BASEBOARD
HEATERS
Move
Lint
Trap
Brush
over
heater
fins
while
rotating
the
brush
clockwise.
Use
a
vacuum
to
collect
the
dust
as
you
move
the
brush.
Press
lightly
on
the
fins
with
the
brush
to
prevent
them
from
bending.
