4.  HRP

 function

(This function must be operated with heart rate strap.) 

4.1 The 

purpose

 of this program is self-training based on heart rate. During the training, when 

heart rate of runner achieves the preset heart rate, the speed and elevation are kept within a 
certain range for best training effort.   

4.2 When 

MANUAL
