Engine will start but all
functions will not operate

Reset the emergency stop switch by
twisting the knob.
Emergency stop
on remote
pendants
Vent door opens and
engine RPM drops to idle
Pendant emergency stop
button depressed
Clear emergency stop mode by
resetting the emergency stop button –
turn the pendant OFF then back to
ON and then all the way to SHIFT.
Emergency stop
message displayed on
the front control panel
HMI screen
Wireless pendant
batteries are dead
Replace the wireless pendant
batteries.
All functions do not work
Receiver power lost

corrected.

Hydraulics
No main hydraulic oil
pressure
Work mode not enabled,
still in road mode
Enable work mode.
Hydraulic pump not
engaged
The transfer case has not shifted out
of road mode, and the rear axle has
not disengaged.
See “Transfer case will not engage”
symptom in this section.
Supply valve closed
Open the hydraulic supply valve.
Low oil level in hydraulic
reservoir
Add oil as required.
Check for leaks.
Oil pump suction line
plugged or hose liner
collapsed (very rare)
Repair or replace as required.
Air solenoid not getting a
signal
See Table 7-2: Electrical
Troubleshooting.
Transfer case will not
engage
Chassis air pressure too
low
Run engine until air pressure reaches
100 psi.
Cycle the cab MODE rocker switch to
ROAD and back to WORK.
