Station MAC Address
This feature displays the Station MAC address for this computer. Mac addresses are 6 two-
digit hexadecimal numbers.
Gateway IP Address
This feature displays the Gateway IP address for this computer. This should be in decimal
and in dotted quad form (i.e., 172.31.0.1).
VLAN
This feature displays the virtual LAN settings. The options are
Disable
and Enable.
*If the feature above is set to Enable, "VLAN ID" will become available available for
configuration:
VLAN ID
Use this feature to enter the VLAN ID. The default setting is
0
.
Configure IPV6 Support
This section displays configuration features for IPV6 support.
IPV6 Address Status
This feature displays the IPV6 Address status. The default setting is
Disabled
.
IPV6 Support
Use this feature to enable IPV6 support. The options are
Enabled
and Disabled.
*If the feature above is set to Enabled, the following settings will become available
for configuration:
Configuration Address Source
This feature allows the user to select the source of the IP address for this computer. If Static
is selected, you will need to know the IP address of this computer and enter it to the system
manually in the field. If DHCP is selected, the BIOS will search for a DHCP (Dynamic Host
Configuration Protocol) server attached to the network and request the next available IP
address for this computer. The options are Static and
DHCP
.
