6.7 Boot
Use this feature to configure Boot Settings:
Boot mode select
Use this feature to select the type of devices from which the system will boot. The options
are LEGACY, UEFI, and
DUAL.
The default setting is
DUAL
.
LEGACY to EFI support
Select Enabled for the system to boot from an EFI OS when the Legacy OS fails.
The options
are
Disabled
and Enabled.
FIXED BOOT ORDER Priorities
This feature prioritizes the order of a bootable device from which the system will boot. Press
<Enter> on each item sequentially to select devices.
When the feature above -"Boot Mode Select" is set to
Dual
(default), the following items will
be displayed for user's configuration:
•
Boot Option #1 - Boot Option #17
When the feature above -"Boot Mode Select" is set to Legacy, the following items will be
displayed for configuration:
•
Boot Option #1 - Boot Option #8
When the feature above -"Boot Mode Select" is set to UEFI, the following items will be
displayed for configuration:

Boot Option #1 - Boot Option #9
