Installing the Chassis into a Standard Rack
The chassis package includes two sets of rack rails, one set for the right side of the chassis
and one for the left. Each set consists of an inner rail that is fixed directly to the chassis, a
middle rail, and an outer rail that attaches to the rack.
Extending a Rail (see Figure 2-1)
1. Pull the inner rail out from the outer rail.
2. Push the release latch to extend the inner rail further and release it from the outer rail.
3. Pull the inner rail completely out from the outer and middle rails.
Aligning a Rail (see Figure 2-1)
1. Align the holes in the inner rail with the mounting posts on the chassis.
2. Slide the inner rail toward the back of the chassis and secure with an M4 screw.
