Using KIMweb
Downloading Roster
In addition to delivering listing data, KIMweb can deliver a roster of
the members who belong to your Board, Association or MLS onto
your eKEY for viewing. The information provided is determined by
the size of the roster.

If the roster contains less than 12,000 members, the following
information is included for each member: name, phone number,
office name, office phone number, and email address.
!
If the roster contains between 12,000 to 19,999 members, the
following information is included for each member: name, phone
number, office name, and office phone number.
!
If the roster contains 20,000 or more members, the following
information is included for each member: name and phone number.
Along with your listing data, a complete agent roster will be delivered
to your eKEY during your first Manual eSYNC.
KIMnet can deliver to your eKEY an accumulation of 14 days of
changes to the roster database. If you miss more than 14 consecutive
days of eSYNCs, simply perform a manual eSYNC. During the manual
eSYNC, a complete roster, as well as an updated listing database will
be delivered to your eKEY.
