Requesting Reports
Report information is available through the KIMvoice report option.
You can request either a voice or fax report from KIMvoice.
!
Voice Reports enable you to hear the information you want.
KeyBox activity reports and the names of agents showing your
listings are available through voice reports.
!
Fax Reports enable you to receive a printed copy of the
information you want. Reports showing KeyBox activity, KEY
activity, and a list of your KeyBoxes and their corresponding
shackle codes and CBS codes are available by fax.
There are approximately twenty-two entries per page on a fax
report. If you request more pages than are necessary, your fax
machine automatically cancels those extra pages.
You may request a fax report be sent to your personal fax, your
office fax, or an alternate fax machine. Your personal fax number
and office fax number must be listed on your KIM record at the
Association/MLS. If you don't have one of these numbers entered
on your KIM record, the alternate fax option is not available.
Note
: You can also log onto the website to view report information.
See Chapter 7: Using KIMweb.
