Using KIMvoice
Showing activity reports
You can receive a voice or fax report of your Showing activity. Have
the KeyBox serial number and shackle code ready when you dial
KIMvoice on a touch-tone telephone.
Voice report
- When you request a voice KeyBox report, KIM reads
you the last nine entries to your KeyBox.

four-digit PIN number,
followed by the pound key."
Enter your eKEY serial
number (located on the back
of your Key) on the
telephone keypad, followed
by your PIN code and the
pound (#) sign.

1. For a CBS code, press 2.
To request a report, press 5.
To identify the owner of a
Key, press 8. To quit, press
asterisk."
Press 5 on the telephone
keypad.

For reports by fax, press 2.

Press 1 for voice reports

Enter the KeyBox serial
number and the shackle
code for the KeyBox, then
press the pound (#) key.
