Names of showing agents
After you have performed a
Read Keybox
function, your eKEY screen
displays the serial numbers of the Keys accessing your listing. Follow
the instructions below to find the name of the showing agents
assigned to the Key serial numbers.

KEY number, then your
four-digit PIN number,
followed by the pound key."
Enter your eKEY serial
number (located on the back
of your Key) on the
telephone keypad, followed
by your PIN code and the
pound (#) sign.

"For an update code, press
1. For a CBS code, press 2.
To request a report, press 5.
To identify the owner of a
Key, press 8. To quit, press
asterisk."
Press 8 on the telephone
keypad.

"Please enter a Key serial
number followed by the
pound key."
Enter the serial number of
the Key owner you want to
identify.

KIM reads the agent's
name, office, and office
telephone number.

"For the next Key, press
pound (#). To quit, press
any other key."
Press the pound key to
identify the agent assigned
to another Key number, or
press any key to quit.
