immediate eSYNC.

There is a timed access restriction.
Call the listing agent to verify the
hours of operation for the KeyBox.

You do not have access to the
Keybox. Contact the listing agent or
KeyBox office.

The eKEY is in the 10-minute lockout
state. Wait 10 minutes for the Key to
reactivate.

KEY IS EXPIRED
The eKEY is not updated. Perform a
manual eSYNC.

Perform a manual eSYNC.

UNSUCCESSFUL
Other errors. Go to the Error Codes
menu option in your eKEY to view
error codes listed in your Key.
