Broker Messages
Broker messages are among those messages received during the
nightly eSYNC. These messages may contain information relating to
the agent's office such as appointments, meetings, or other office-
related issues.
eSYNC messaging is a convenient way for Brokers to communicate
universally with the agents in their office.
Sending Broker messages
Two Broker messages may be sent to eKEY agents in the Broker office
during the nightly eSYNC. Each message contains a maximum of 5000
characters. Messages are transmitted to agents' Keys every night
during eSYNC until it they are either replaced or deleted by the
Broker.
To create and send a broker message, log onto the KIMnet website.
1. Log onto www.supraekey.com
2. Select Office Broker Login from the three available options
(Administrator Login, Office Broker Login, and Agent Login).
3. Enter your office ID in the first field.
4. Enter your password in the second field. If you don't know the
password, you can obtain it from the KeyBox office.
5. Click the down arrow in the last field to view a list of options.
Select the name of your Board, Association, or MLS from this
listing.
6. Click Login. The Welcome screen appears with links to various
areas on the website.
7. Click the Messages Update link option. The Message screen opens.
8. Follow the onscreen instructions for entering and saving messages
to be sent during eSYNC.
9. The message will be sent to your office members during their next
eSYNC.
