BEFORE STARTING YOUR MACHINE

Remove the

Surcare – V4

from its box and stand in an upright position. Check to see that there

has been no damage to the

Surcare – V4

in transit. If there is damage to the

Surcare – V4

contact supplier for replacement.

Do not use machine that is damaged in any way.

Do not use Surcare – V4 without vacuum.

 The

Surcare – V4

is fitted with a very effective dust

extraction design which also assists in keeping the work surface cool. However, the vacuum
machine used must also be efficient. Vacuum system attachment for dust extraction should
preferably be 1000 watts or more.

Starting the

Surcare – V4

 is shown here in

(Figure 2)

- holding the

Surcare – V4

 securely with

both hands, release the lock on the-start/stop switch button (turning switch as directed by arrows
located on the switch), positioned on the side of control box. When machine has started the left
hand can then hold the vacuum hose and power cord

(Figure 3)

One hand should be positioned on side handle or Quick Release Handle; (the vacuum hose and
power cord can be cable tied to extension handle or held away from the work surface) whilst the
other hand is free to hold edge of fan cowl or turn machine off when work is completed

(Figure 3)

The

Surcare –

V4

can then be gently guided across the work surface.
