For RV’s with a bend in the rear: With the top of the ladder hanging parallel to the side of the RV push the ladder

so it is flush against the back of the RV. Locate the bend point and mark the ladder accordingly.
Leaving the ladder in place find a spot that is flat and has enough backing to install the support brackets. The
preferred location is in between the top 2 steps of the ladder. Mark the point.

8)  Find the marked bend point and cut the tubes. Drill ¼” holes thru the ladder at the marked point for the support

brackets. Install the 2 support brackets.

9)  Place top of ladder back on the RV and secure the top of the ladder to the   roof of the RV.

10)  Grab the bottom of the ladder and line it up to the top of the ladder. The bottom step should ideally be 6” to 12”

above the bumper.  Mark the bend point of the bottom of the ladder.

11)  Cut the bottom of the ladder at the marked bend point. Install the hinge to connect the top and bottom sections of

the ladder.

12)  Secure the bottom of the ladder and secure the support brackets to the back of the RV. Take the last 2 support

brackets and find the desired mounting point. Drill ¼” holes through the ladder, install and secure final brackets.

For Bumper Mounting:

1)  Take the bottom of the ladder and cut off the bottom bend at the desired location.

2)  Remove the Foot and place it at the end of the newly cut tube.  Drill a 3/16” hole

thru the foot.  Use the #10 Sheet Metal screw to secure the foot on the tube.

3)  Secure the foot to the bumper.
