7.20 Missed Approach
Once reaching minimum, the PF calls “ minimum and state the action: Landing/Go around,
however if the PF doesn’t make the call out, the PM must immediately call out: minimum and if
not visual, PM must call “Go Around”.
If there is no response from the PF when the PM calls “Go Around”, the PM shall assume pilot
incapacitation, call put: “I have controls” and commence a go around.
The Captain may elect to call for the go around prior to reaching the decision altitude/MAP if
the quality of the approach is below the required standards.
