Manual Authority
The Operations Manager is the authority responsible for the provision of this SOP
Manual and all subsequent editions and revisions to it. The Operations Manager
is responsible for liaison with the Directorate General of Air Communications
(DGCA) on matters relating to the Manual, in accordance with the Indonesian
Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASRs). This edition of the Manual becomes
effective immediately upon its approval by the DGCA and remains effective
until superseded by a later edition.
1.3
Revision Procedure
No revision shall be made to the SOP Manual or any other related manual,
without prior approval of the DGCA. The Operations Manager shall ensure that
any approved revision to this manual, is forwarded to all holders of this manual.
The holder of each copy of this manual is responsible for ensuring that any
approved revisions are included in the manual.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for raising suitable revisions and
submitting these to the DGCA, where any of the following occurs:

When any of the procedures, responsibilities, or operation requirements
detailed in this manual no longer provide satisfactory safety for Company
personnel.
•
When there are changes in the operations policy or structure of the
organization, which would require a variation to the procedures detailed
in this manual.
A review of the entire SOP Manual shall be accomplished at a maximum interval
of one year from the last revision date. Broad participation by all Company
employees is encouraged, to ensure that the manual contents satisfy the
requirements of the Company. Suggestions for revisions can be made at any
time to the Operations Manager.
When revisions are made to the SOP Manual, a draft manual (clearly marked as
such) shall be produced and checked by the Operations Manager, before
being submitted to the DGCA for approval.
