Use within the allowable
power supply specification
of the controller.
Select a proper breaker
to resist large in-rush
current that flows into the
controller at power-on.
To guarantee safety, use an
electromagnetic contactor. Do not
use it to start or stop the controller
because such operation reduces
the service life of the controller.
Suppress the high order
harmonic to improve the
power factor.
Reduce the
electromagnetic
interference on
the input side.
Reliably ground the
motor and the
controller to prevent
electric shock.
•
Do not install the capacitor or surge suppressor on the output side of the controller.
Otherwise, it may cause faults to the controller or damage to the capacitor and surge
suppressor.
•
Inputs/Outputs (main circuit) of the controller contain harmonics, which may interfere
with the communication device connected to the controller. Therefore, install an anti-
interference filter to minimize the interference.
•
For more details on peripheral devices, refer to related selection guidelines.
