CLUTCH COVER
• Install the dowel pins

and gasket

• Install the clutch cover

and tighten its bolts to the specified
torque.

Clutch cover bolt: 10 N·m (1.0 kgf-m, 7.0 lb-ft)
CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT
• Loosen the lock-nut

• First, turn the release screw

clockwise by one turn and turn
it counterclockwise until resistance is felt, then turn it clock-
wise by 1/8 turn.
• Tighten the lock-nut
1
while holding the release screw

GENERATOR COVER
• Install the dowel pins
1
and gasket
2
.
• Install the generator cover
3
.
• Tighten the generator cover bolts to the specified torque.

Install the lead wire clamp with the bolt

The removed gasket must be replaced with a new one
to prevent oil leakage.
