Sven Optima Base Power Strip is intended for electrical appliances connection to AC power supply and
for pro tection from high voltage pulses. Filter strip in the main chain includes: switch, disconnecting
both power lines, automatic thermal switch, varistor limiting highvoltage pulses. The filter case is made
of impactresistant heatresistant material, also there is visual indication of the ON state. Universal sock
ets provide reliable contact of domestically produced and import power plugs.
The case design provides the Power Strip wall mount.
PRECAUTIONS
•
Do not connect to the voltage above the nominal.
•
Do not connect simultaneously the devices with total power more than 2,2 kW
•
Do not allow contact with solvents
•
Do not place the unit, where moisture, dust and high temperatures under humidity.
•
Do not open and repair the device independently.
CONNECTION
1. Plug in necessary equipment to the Power Strip sockets.
2. Connect the filter strip, thus provide a secure connection to the mains and only with a rated voltage of
220 V is recommended to use a grounded socket.
3. Set the switch to "I" state.
4. In case of overload after automatic fuse triggering it is recommended to wait for 5 10 minutes and
then to switch on the Power Strip again after reducing the total load connected to an acceptable limit.
5. At occurrence on an input of the filter of high voltage impulses with energy above admissible ele
ments of the filter (varistors) can fail, having provided thus protection of the connected equipment. The
further operation of the filter thus is not supposed, elements of the filter are a subject to replacement.
