Assembly of the eraser and abrasive
Remove hex screw at adapter.
Remove adapter. The cover must be
pressed outside for about 2 mm.
Disassemble the adapter.
This consists of two halves.
Insert the wire brush wheel into the
lower half of adaptor.
Put the upper half of adaptor on the
lower half of adaptor.
One side of each adaptor has a hexagonal socket, insert this side
towards to the machine shaft.
Tighten the hex screw.
All other adapters for abrasive pad, eraser or wire brush wheels are
mounted in the same order.
The distance from the abrasion-catch
can be set. Loosen the wing nut. The
abrasion-catch can now be moved
forward or backward. Tighten the wing
nut after positioning.
The safety lever prevents accidental
switch on. Safety lever must be
pressed to switch on the machine.
Now press control lever toward handle
and the machine begins to rotate.
The support handle can be positioning by 180°. Turn the handle
counterclockwise, and adjust handle in the correct position. The position
can belock, if the handle be turning clockwise.
