Unfolding
Step 1.
With one hand, grasp the Stem firmly. Move the Stem slightly up or down to ease the tension on the latch.

Step 2.
With the other hand, grasp the Latch Grip and pull it up towards the Throttle.

Step 3.
Pull the Stem up so that it’s perpendicular to the Deck and ensure the Latch Grip slides down so that the latch
itself is secure.

Before moving, lifting, or otherwise transporting the scooter, ensure it is turned off.
