CD006 Sweex USB to 2 x PS/2 Cable
Introduction
In order to fully enjoy the Sweex USB 2 x PS/2 Cable for many years, it is important you observe a number of things:
• Do not place the USB to 2 x PS/2 cable in direct sunlight or in the direct vicinity of heating elements. Avoid ambient temperatures exceeding 39°C.
• Remember that the temperature in a locked car exposed to the sun can easily reach 50°C or more.
• Do not use the USB to 2 x PS/2 cable in extremely dusty or moist surroundings.
• Protect the device against powerful shocks or jolts - they may damage the internal electronics.
Never attempt to open the device yourself - it will cause the warranty to lapse.
Software installation under Windows 98SE, 2000, XP and Vista
We advise you to ensure the operating system is up-to-date before starting the installation. This is easy to check by starting up Internet Explorer and
selecting the option “Windows Update” in the “Extra” menu.
No drivers are required for installation under Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista; they are all incorporated in the
operating system and the Sweex USB to 2 x PS/2 Cable will be installed automatically. You may be prompted for the Windows Installation CD-ROM.
Connect the Sweex USB to 2 x PS/2 Cable to the PC or laptop. Windows will automatically install the Sweex USB to 2 x PS/2 Cable.
Subsequently, connect a mouse or keyboard to the Sweex USB to 2 x PS/2 Cable.

All products under the Sweex brand are warranted for a period of three years. We do not grant support or warranties for any software and/or
(rechargeable) batteries included. Settlement of guarantee only takes place via the dealer where you have purchased the product in question.
