Basic Troubleshooting
Please check below for troubleshooting. If the problem persists, please contact and
inquire to the authorized service center.

Temperature of
hot water is low
Supplied power
is low.
Check supplied power is 240V, and if not,
adjust power to 240V.
Heater switch
not on
Check hot water LED is on, and if not,
turn on the heater switch located at the
back of the system.
No cold water
supply
Supplied power
is low.
Check supplied power is 240V, and if not,
adjust power to 240V.
Cooler spoiled
Check cold water LED is on, and if not,
please contact the service center.
No cold and hot
water supply
Filters are
blocked.
Disconnect the power, turn off water
supply and remove the filter set from the
system. Clean/Replace filters if necessary.
No water
supply
Check the main water supply and make
sure all the valves are on.
Snapped Hose
Find the location of the snapped hose
and replace if necessary.
Inconsistent hot
and cold water
supply
Amount of
water intake is
large
Wait for 5 – 6 minutes.
Water tank is filled
up too slowly
Filters are
blocked
Disconnect the power, turn off water
supply and remove the filter set from the
system. Clean/Replace filters if necessary.
Water pressure
too low
Make sure at least 2 water bar pressure is
available.
