3.4 PRECAUTIONS WHEN DRIVING:
1. The scooter is a meant to be used for leisure time. Driving experience is necessary to be
able to drive safely. SXT Scooters is not responsible for any injury or damage caused by im-
proper handling or failure to follow the instructions in this document.
2. If all instructions and warnings in this manual are followed, the risk of injury can be signifi -
cantly reduced but not completely eliminated. When using the scooter, there is always a risk
of loss of control, accidents and falls. When using the scooter on public roads always comply
with local laws and regulations (StVo). Similar to other vehicles, a higher speed leads to a
longer braking distance.
Heavy braking on slippery surfaces can lead to falls. Please drive carefully and always keep a
safe distance from others vehicles and participants in road traffi c.
3. Please always wear an approved and suitable bicycle or skateboard helmet to protect your
head in the event of a fall.
4. The fi rst ride on the scooter should be away from children, pedestrians, pets, vehicles and
other obstacles and potential hazards.
5. Please always allow pedestrians the right of way. If you are approaching a pedestrian from
behind, make sure you are suffi ciently noticed and reduce the speed to walking speed. Please
always observe the applicable rules and laws.
6. The safety instructions in this document serve as a guideline if you are on private property
and the rules of the road traffi c regulations do not apply. SXT Scooters is not responsible
for any damage, injury, accident or legal action resulting from the violation of these safety
instructions.
7. The scooter should only be driven by persons who have read this manual. If you allow other
people to drive your scooter, their safety is their responsibility. Help fi rst-time users until
they are familiar with driving the scooter and make sure that they always wear a helmet and
other protective equipment if necessary.
8. Before each ride, please make sure that the scooter and its components are in perfect
condition. If the scooter makes unfamiliar noises or an alarm is triggered, stop immediately
and contact your dealer.
9. Always be vigilant when operating the scooter. Drive with foresight to avoid potential ha-
zards, obstructions and changing to detect road conditions at an early stage.
10. To reduce the risk of injury, please read all warnings in this document carefully. Drive slowly
and under no circumstances on roads frequented by cars. A minimum age of 14 years is requi-
