Troubleshooting

The product does not switch on
The battery is too low. Charge fully before use.
Make sure that the correct button is being pressed
to turn on the product.
The battery does not charge
Make sure that the USB cable is properly connected
to the product and power supply.
Issue
Solution
There is no massage or the
massage is too weak
Make sure that the massager is in direct contact
with the skin.
Make sure that there are no items caught between
the massager and the skin.
Increase the massage intensity.
Make sure that the massager surface is clean and
free of dirt or grease.
Make sure that the battery is sufficiently charged.
There is a tingling sensation
Make sure that the massager is in direct contact with
the skin.
Make sure that the massager is only used for
a maximum of 15 minutes per session and no more
than twice per day.
Adjust the massage intensity.
Make sure that the user is not suffering from skin
allergies.
Make sure that the skin is moist before use.
Make sure that the massager is not used near an
open wound.
Note: If the fault cannot be rectified or the product still does not operate properly, discontinue
use and contact the supplier directly to arrange a repair. Do not disassemble or attempt to
repair the product yourself.
Care and cleaning
• Disconnect the product from the mains before cleaning.
• Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents, rubbing alcohol, or other chemical solutions as
they can cause damage to the housing and functioning of the product.

Clean the product with a dry, fibre-free cloth.
Disposal
a) Product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the
household waste. At the end of its service life, dispose of the product in accordance
with applicable regulatory guidelines.
Remove any inserted (rechargeable) batteries and dispose of them separately from
the product.
b) (Rechargeable) batteries
As the end user, you are required by law (Battery Ordinance) to return all used
(rechargeable) batteries. Disposing of them in household waste is prohibited.
(Rechargeable) batteries containing hazardous substances are labeled with this
symbol to indicate that disposal in domestic waste is forbidden. The abbreviations
for the heavy metals involved are: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Mercury, Pb = Lead (name
on (rechargeable) batteries, e.g. below the waste bin icon on the left).
Used (rechargeable) batteries can be returned to collection points in your
municipality, our stores or wherever (rechargeable) batteries are sold.
You thus fulfill your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
