m) Selecting protective function
You can choose between two different protective functions (automatic blocking upon entering
the invalid code 5 times or entering 20 incorrect digits that do not match any of the stored codes),
as described in section 8. l).
Select the protective function, as described below, and then enable the selected pro-
tective function (see section 8. l), if you have not already done so.
Proceed as follows:
•
Enter the master code twice to start the programming mode, as described in section 8. a).
The yellow LED must light up.

Enter the programming code to select the protective function:

The code lock will emit 2 beeps.
•
Select the desired protective function:
= Successive entering of 20 incorrect digits that do not match any of the stored codes
triggers an alarm and the code lock blocks the keypad for 30 seconds.
= Entering the invalid code 5 times in a row triggers an alarm and the code lock blocks the
keypad for 30 seconds.
•
The code lock will emit a long beep.
•
Other settings can now be made, if desired. Press the button to exit the programming
mode.
