Function setting
There are two buttons on the speedometer, explanation as below :
1. SET button :
a. Under normal mode, press SET button shortly to change between ODO & TRIP displays.
b. Under TRIP display mode, press SET for 2 seconds to reset the trip readings.
c. Under ODO mode and the vehicle is standing still, press SET for above 2 seconds to enter CLOCK
mode. Press SET button shortly to increase the hour readings, once per one time. Then press SET
for 2 seconds to enter tenth minute setting. Increase the tenth minute readings by pressing SET
button once per one time. Again press SET for 2 seconds to enter unit minute setting. Increase the
unit minute readings by pressing SET button once per one time. Press SET button for above 2
seconds to exit CLOCK mode.
2. OIL button :
a. The oil indicator will be on every 3,000 km, to warn the user to check (change) engine oil. Every 3,000
km when the oil indicator is on, press OIL button for above 2 seconds to put it out.
OPERATION OF IGNITION SWITCH

Engine can be started in this position.
Ignition switch key can not be removed.

” position:
Engine is shut off and can not be started in this position.
Ignition switch key can be removed.

” position:
How to open : Insert your key into the ignition switch, and turn
it to the left.
How to lock : Push the seat and it locks automatically.
CAUTION:
Do not put the scooter key in the luggage box compartment after seat has been unlocked. This will
prevent the key from being locked inside the luggage compartment if the seat should be unintentionally
closed.
Be sure to remove the key after the seat has been locked.

Turn the handle all the way to left, then press down the key and turn the
key to the “
” position on the left.
In this position, the handle is locked and the key can be removed.
To unlock, simply turn the key from “
” to “
”.
CAUTION:
Never turn the ignition switch key when the scooter is running. Turning the key to either “
” or “
”
position will shut off the electrical system and could result in loss of control or an accident.
Only turn the ignition switch key to the “
” or “
” position after the scooter has been completely
stopped.
If the ignition switch key remains in the “
” position for a prolonged period after the engine has been
stopped, the battery capacity will be reduced and this may affect the engines ability to start.
Lock the steering handle and remove the key before leaving the scooter. Do not leave the key in the
ignition switch when leaving the scooter.
