Battery pack over warranty period; 

•

The appearance of lithium battery pack is seriously damaged; 

•

The lithium battery pack is changed without permission; 

•

The lithium battery group has fallen and bumped, causing structural damage; 

•

If the laser code of lithium battery pack is damaged, it cannot be judged whether it is produced ; 

•

Battery damage caused by water immersion or chemical corrosion inside the lithium battery pack; 

•

External short circuit of lithium battery pack; 

•

The  lithium  battery  pack  does  not  match  the  charger  or  vehicle  type  (the  charger  specially  provided  or 

recognized is not used); 

•

The lithium battery pack exceeds the warranty period; 

•

Battery  that  has  been  identified  as  counterfeit  or  forged;  battery  code  has  been  tampered  and  erased 

artificially; font size and format of battery code do not conform to our technical standards; 

•

After sales turnover battery; 

•

Battery damage caused by force majeure (including natural disasters such as typhoon, earthquake, flood 

and hail); 

•

Other exemption conditions protected by relevant laws and regulations.
