Usage Method

 

 

Turn off main switch before charging.     

 

Fully charge the battery before the first ride.     

 

Charge the battery after each ride.     

 

Charge at least for 2 hours every 1 month, if the vehicle does not operate for a long period of time.     

 

Charge the battery on the vehicle. Do not remove the battery.     

 

CAUTION:

 

 

Please use the SYM authorized battery. For safety of electrical parts, do not use unauthorized battery.     

 

Keep the battery clean.    Keep children away while charging.     

 

If the battery is not used for a long time, please take it out of the vehicle and put it in a dry and ventilated 
place indoors 

 

The high temperature, the battery needs to be cooled in a cool place for a certain time before charging 

 

 

WARNING:

 

 

When deformation, leakage or corrosion occurs to the battery case, stop using the battery immediately 
and contact your SYM dealer for help.   

 

 

Do not disassemble, restructure or destroy the battery.   

 

 

Do not dispose the battery or throw it into fire; recycle it at recycle plants or local dealers.   

 

 

Do not spray water directly on the controller and battery 

 

 

Factors that affect the life span of the battery

 Over Discharge

 Not in use for long period of time without charging.

 The battery is not recharged when it is empty.

 High-Rate Discharge

 Frequent riding at max. speed.

 Frequent riding on the slope.

 Frequent riding on the rugged road.

 Over-loaded.

 Charger malfunction. 

The charging temperature of lithium 

battery is 0-45 

. If need to charge 

just after riding the vehicle    in 

summer, the temperature of the 

battery may reach more than 60 

which is impossible to charge. The 

lithium battery will enter the high 

temperature protection of charging, 

so you need to cool down for a while 

before charging
