Troubleshooting

Problem:

Appliance fails to boot after installing an upgrade kit.

n

The appliance powers on, but does not finish booting.

Resolution:

Verify that components have been correctly installed.

n

Reseat all DIMMs by removing, then reinstalling into the appropriate DIMM slots.

n

Verify all NICs and the PCIe module are properly seated.
