Note:
If an Ethernet chip is not installed in your MK1000, the fields on the
Wired Ethernet Configuration
screen are not supported.
Table 3-15. Wired/Wireless Ethernet Config Screen Definitions
Field Name
Description
MAC Address
Both Wired and Wireless Ethernet MAC addresses
are configured at the factory and cannot be altered.
Each unit has a unique MAC address.
Enabled
The port can be enabled or disabled, if not being
used.
The defaults for both wired and wireless
configurations for the MK1000 are YES (enabled).
To toggle the field setting, press the Enter button.
IP Address
Press the Previous or Next buttons to move the "<"
cursor to this field to modify the IP address
associated with this port.
The default Wired Ethernet IP address for the
MK1000 is 192.168.0.1.
The default
wireless Ethernet
IP address for the
MK1000 is 192.168.0.2.
Netmask IP
Press the Previous or Next buttons to move the "<"
cursor to this field to modify the Netmask IP
address associated with this port.
The default Netmask IP address both wired and
wireless configurations for the MK1000 is
255.255.255.0.
Gateway IP
Press the Previous or Next buttons to move the "<"
cursor to this field to modify the Gateway IP
address associated with this port.
The default Gateway IP address both wired and
wireless configurations for the MK1000 is
255.255.255.255.
