Operating Environment
The SynQor UPS-1250 DC Output Series is designed for the extreme environmental conditions
of military and aerospace applications. All the electronic circuitry and the battery pack are
contained in a sealed, weather-proof, shock-proof chamber constructed of die-cast aluminum.
Only the redundant, water-proof cooling fans are exposed to the environment. Protection
circuitry ensures that the battery is not charged or discharged if it is too hot or too cold. The UPS
will shut down if it is too hot.
The UPS (with cables connected or connector covers installed and the battery pack installed) has
been qualified to the following requirements of MIL-STD-810G:
