TROUBLESHOOT
No sound is coming from the SY-X260BT.

The volume level may be too low. Try increasing the volume by pressing the VOL+ button on the
speaker or on the remote control.

The connected device may not be set to playback mode. Please refresh the connection and try
again. If this still does not work, it may mean that the device connected to the tower speaker may
not be compatible.

The sound output of the connected device may be weak. Increase the volume of the connected
Bluetooth device.
The volume level of the Tower speaker is too high.

Reduce the volume level by pressing the VOL- button on the speaker or on the remote control

The sound output of the connected device may be too high. Decrease the volume of the connected
Bluetooth device.
The Bluetooth reception is not working.

Make sure no other devices are connected to the Tower Speaker when trying to pair a new device. If
a device was previously connected, try unpairing it first and later connecting a new one.
