Simple troubleshooting 

 

Try the troubleshooting steps below if you are having problems while using your speaker. If problems still exist, please look for a 

qualified technician or contact Sytech technical department.   

To prevent electric shock or damage the speaker, do not repair by yourself. 

 

Symptom

No function light & no 

sound 

1. Plug is not well connected    Insert the plug into electrical outlet 

2. Speaker power button is 

not turned on 

Turn on the button 

Function light on but no 

sound 

1. Cable misconnected 

Turn off the power, check the input jack to ensure 

proper audio signal is connected to relevant input 

jack 

2.Speaker are not connected 

or misconnected 

Power off, then check and confirm the cable 

connection again 

3.Audio signal is not 

transmitted to speaker   

Check all the speaker if there is audio signal output 

Remote control does not 

work 

1. Before you press any function button, first select the correct source with the 

remote control instead of the main unit 

2. Reduce the distance between the remote control and the unit 

3. Insert the battery with its polarities (+/- signs) aligned as indicated 

4. Replace the battery 

5. Aim the remote control directly at the sensor on the front of the unit 

Cannot display some files 

in the USB device 

1. The number of folders or files in the USB device exceeds the max limit. This is not 

a malfunction of the unit. 

2. The formats of these files are not supports 

USB device not supported 

1. The USB device is incompatible with the unit. Try another one. 

Poor radio reception 

1. Increase the distance between the unit and your TV or VCR 

2. Fully extend the FM antenna 

Bluetooth does not connect 

with external device 

1. Verify that the external device is compatible with A2DP 

2. Verify that the external device is within the transmission range 

3. Verify that the external device has already been paired with the unit. 

4. Verify if there is no other external device paired with the unit. 

If the problem exists after checking related procedures above, please refer to the appointed service agent or
