JWP digital weighing scales operation manual

 

As the battery is used it may fail to hold a full charge. If the battery life 

becomes unacceptable then contact your distributor. 

Note: new batteries are shipped partially charged. Before you can use 

your scale, you need to install and charge the battery, as indicated by the 

following instructions. 

Some batteries perform best after several full charge/discharge cycles. 

Battery performance    depends on many factors, including your backlight 

setting and operate.                                                                           

 

9 CALIBRATION

 

Turn on the scale and press 

and 

TARE

 key during the self test.. 

Display will be shown 

”UNLOAD” 

Remove all weight from the platform.

 

Press 

ZERO

 to confirm when display gets stable.

 

Display will be show previous calibration weight and start to blink first 

digit, if necessary enter the calibration weight value by pressing 

LIM

 and 

TARE

 

keys.“10.000”

 

Press 

ZERO

 to confirm, display will be show 

”LOAD”

 

Place the load on the platform. 

Press 

ZERO

 to confirm when display gets stable.

 

Calibration will be finish and will start to self test to come normal 

weighing. 

 

Note: Calibration weight should be 1/3

rd

 of the scale capacity.
