SECTION #4 LOADING OF LABELS:
Note: In order to ensure consistent label placement onto the product, during the Label Load-
ing process, the labels must be straight and the same distant from the body of the Main Label
Head throughout the entire Label Feeding Path. Many of the Rollers that are along the Label
Feed Path have Spring Collars which should be used to assist in keeping the labels straight.
See Figure 3
1) Locate the Label-Hanger Inside (A-1-1) and the Label Hanger Outside (A-1-2) The dif-
ference between the 2 is that the Label Hander Inside (A-1-1) uses a Set Screw to lock it
into place while the Label Hanger Outside (A-1-2) uses an adjustable Black Knob.
2) Keeping in mind the note above and Figure #4, secure the label Hanger Inside onto the
shaft and tighten with an allen screw. Put the roll of labels unto the shaft so that the la-
bels feed off the bottom of the roll as per Figure 4 and then secure the roll with the Label
Hanger Outside (A-1-2).
